Depression is like walking down an abandoned road in the dead of night, your terrified, alone and lost. With every step you grow weaker. You never know how long the road will be, so you carry on fighting. Every time a car light approaches you gain a little faith, but it crumbles immediately because you don’t know if you can trust this person, afraid they may hurt you. So you let them get closer and closer until they pass, and you watch them fade every time. Then, there you are carrying on your journey to find the light. 

I listened to this song today and it made my Nemi feels go crazy because it fits them two perfectly. Nick or Demi never had to say what they felt because what they have goes beyond words, I think they both know on some level how they feel and the elbow fives and smiles reassure them that they don’t need to say what they feel because they know whats there. Love has to be felt and these two clearly have had a touch on the heart.
